VR training for Order picking
The VR training application for order picking learns new employees the right tasks in a digital warehouse. The benefit of this way of training is that it can be done at any location and the process on the work floor is not being disturbed. During the training the trainee collects the necessary products of an order and makes them ready for shipment. After completing this training they are directly ready to start at the work floor.
Selection- and training method
The VR training for order picking can be applied to train new employees but also to select them. During the training you can test if the trainee has the right capacities for the job, but also if the performed work lives up to the expectations of the employer. Besides that it is possible to test how a employee responds to different situations by bringing variations into the training.
What do you learn during VR training
- The trainee learns to do the different actions of order picking in the correct order
- By training different scenarios trainees learn to work in a problem solving way
- On the VR training dashboard the results of the trainee are shown and this gives
insight in the achievements, what goes well and where improvement is possible
