At the moment it is not mandatory for an employee to have a forklift certificate, but an employer is obliged to offer a safe working environment. We start by analyzing the process in the Virtual Training Design (VTD) and this will be transformed into a detailed description of all actions. Afterwards the training will be developed. With a custom made VR training you pay a fixed amount for developing the training and besides that a small license fee per user for the use of our Training Performance Analytics dashboard. It takes about 6 weeks before the VTD has been done and about 13 weeks to develop a complete VR training.
